Roger Day became known as Roger (Twiggy) Day on board Caroline.

Roger (Twiggy) Day. Your Thinner Record Spinner. Got the name Twiggy when one day he was in swimming trunks and a member of the crew noticed how skinny he was. And shouted Hey Twiggy. The Name Stuck, and thereafter other members of the team and disc jockeys were given similar female alter egos. Just for a laugh.
